Wine Tastings at your own house? Private Winemaking Sessions for you and your friends at Lakeland winery?
You can come to us, or we can go to you, we are very flexible when it comes to help you organize a private event, we are here to assist you and to ensure the success of your gathering.

How it Works
1st
Location maximum distance
Your house must be within one hour drive from Syracuse.
2nd
Minimum Purchase
There is a $200 minimum purchase for the event. Wines are priced from just $13 – $21 per bottle. We bring nine different wines to taste for free before you buy!
3rd
Free Delivery
We bring nine different wines to taste for FREE. We do all the heavy lifting from bringing the wine and glasses to helping you pair the foods you provide.

Private Winemaking at Lakeland
How it Works
1st
Select your wine flavor
Select from our award-winning wine list HERE – we have dozens of wines to choose from. Each custom winemaking package (a 6 gallon carboy) makes roughly 28 – 30 bottles of wine.
2nd
Decide on a date
We make wine on Saturdays from 12pm to 7pm, Sundays from 12pm to 4pm and Fridays from 4pm to 7:30pm.

Prices
The Prices vary from $205 to $315 according to the type of wine. If besides the Wine Making, you would like to include a Wine tasting, there would be an additional cost of $15 USD per person that includes 15 wine tasting glasses p/p.
5th
The Making
On the day of your appointment, our staff will walk you through the first few steps of the process. Lakeland’s winemaker will continue with the wine making process for the next few weeks.
6th
The Bottling
After 7 weeks you and your friends will come back to bottle your wine and take it home. You have the option to create your own label as well.
7th
The Aging
Red wines need to age 1 year in the bottle, white wines need to age 6 months in the bottle; sweet wines are ready to be enjoyed.
