Custom Winemaking at Lakeland Winery

We welcome anyone interested in making their own wine to use our winery and equipment in making their own custom wine. From the first-time aspiring winemaker to the hardened wine connoisseur, our experienced staff of wine makers are ready to guide you in creating your very own handcrafted wine.

What Types of Wine Can I Make?

Select from our award-winning wine list below—we have dozens of wines to choose from. Each custom winemaking package (a 6 gallon carboy) makes roughly 30 bottles of wine.

When Can I Make My Wine?

We make wine on Saturdays from 12pm to 7pm, Sundays from 12pm to 4pm and Fridays from 4:0pm to 7:00pm.

How Much Room Do You Have?

Lakeland Winery has enough seating for 30 people.
